Gymnastics is held, annually, as part of our school physical education programme, during Term1.
All children participate from Infants to Sixth class.
Gymnastics is one of theworld’s most exciting, dynamic and daring sports. It’s also one of the world’s most inclusive sports so male or female, young or old, able bodied or disabled there is something for you!

Physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and balance are the sports core components however participation in gymnastics activity also develops confidence, creativity & leadership, not to mention a healthy body and mind.

It promotes an active, physical lifestyle and develops key motor skills.
